There’s no doubt about it: Paris is for lovers. For centuries, people have flocked to the iconic city of love. We even spent our 3 year anniversary in Paris! So grab a hotel and head to some of our favorite spots we visited during our romantic rendezvous.
The Eiffel Tower
The most iconic symbol of love in the whole city. The Eiffel Tower is a must see for any romantic getaway to Paris.
L’église de la Madeleine
This gorgeous church was built in the Neo-Classical Style , surrounded by fifty-two columns, each 20-meters high. It is especially mesmerizing at night.
Arc de Triomphe
Standing tall at the end of Avenue des Champs-Elysees is the Arc de Triomphe, a massive monument dedicated to those who fought and died for France during the French Revolution and Napoleonic Wars. Don’t forget to grab a kiss under the arch, if you can dodge all the traffic!
Louvre
The largest art gallery in the world. If you ran through every exhibit you still would need more than a day to see it all. It is perhaps most famous as the resting place for the Mona Lisa.
This Building and Its Fountain
I’m not even sure what this building is, but it’s gorgeous! Bonus points if you can tell us in the comments below.
Notre Dame
The most famous church bearing the name, the cathedral is regarded as one of the finest examples of French Gothic architecture and is one of the largest and best known churches in the world.
Cruise on the Seine River
Take a lazy ride down the Seine River. Add a little romance and time it with the sunset.
Pont Neuf
Lazily stroll with your special someone across the oldest standing bridge in Paris.
Parisian Art by the Seine River
Have your characature made, or just get a glimpse of the artistic talent that flocks to Paris.
Love Lock Bridge
Add your lock to the bridge to ensure everlasting love. Due to the recent partial collapse of one bridge, you’ll have to see if it is still allowed!
The Neighborhood of Montemartre
Our favorite neighborhood in Paris. We took a delicious food tour here and went to see the classic Moulin Rouge.
