It was a long day. We had breakfast in Finland. We drove to Sweden. We then took a train to Norway. We had no accommodation booked, so we walked with all our gear up and down the hills until we finally stumbled upon a guesthouse.
But in the end, we made it. And this was the view that welcomed us. Not a bad first impression, Norway. Not bad at all.
Follow along with us as our journey continues with the hashtag #ArcticAdventure. Next stop, the Lofoten Islands!

Wow! Narvik and the Lofoten islands are places I’ve only ever dreamed of going. I’m definitely gonna keep an eye out for your posts about this region – specially the costs!

Wow, what a stunning view to great you guys!
That sounds like a long day travelling around Scandinavia. I admire you for travelling with no set accommodation plans. Having been in Norway less than 3 weeks ago I know too well how expensive it can be.

Norway is definitely a country that is easy on the eyes and not on the wallet. Quite possibly the most beautiful country we’ve ever been too! Luckily we’ve learned quite a few ways to keep costs down while traveling.
The picture is stunning, the story is brisk!
Can’t wait to read more!
