For me, India is a country that is on the surface, quite chaotic. It’s fast, loud, crowded and all around overwhelming, that is until we reached Udaipur. Sometimes called the “Venice of the East” I felt flashbacks to our time at Santorini and the Greek Islands. With colorful hillside buildings surrounding a tranquil Lake Pichola, a meal at one of the many rooftop restaurants offers a welcoming escape from the busy streets below. Here’s just a visual taste of the pristine beauty and serenity of the City Of Lakes.
