We’ve been receiving a lot of great feedback about our “How to Take Better Travel Photos” series. However, we’ve also heard lots of comments from people who want to take their travel photography to the next level, but aren’t sure about investing in a DSLR camera just yet.
Well, if that’s you, worry no more. Now you have the chance to WIN a Nikon D3200! This is an amazing camera, especially for beginners. You can read all about it in my first travel photography lesson.
Already have a DSLR and don’t really need another? Don’t worry. You can also win £400 to put towards your next vacation!
So how can you win these awesome prizes?
Al Fresco Holidays is dreaming of summer vacation. To get them through the dreary winter months, they are looking for photo inspiration. Pictures that make them go: “I wish I was there!”
All YOU need to do is find that perfect travel photo. Tell Al Fresco the location and why you wish you were back, and you could be the lucky winner of a new DSLR!
There are 3 ways to enter your photo:
- Tweet @AlFrescoHols using the hashtag #AFWishIWasThere
- Post your picture on Instagram using the hashtag #AFWishIWasThere
- E-mail your photo into email@example.com
If you really want to win, you can earn 5 bonus entries by writing a blog post about the giveaway, with a description of your holiday and the photo behind it.
The only catch? This giveaway ends on FRIDAY! Yes, that’s this Friday, February 28th. So you’re going to have to get a move on.
At the time of writing, there are only 238 giveaway entries, so your chances to win are really good!
We’re entering the competition too. It was a difficult choice, but this photo seemed to get a lot of ‘I wish I was there’s on our facebook page. It was taken in Costa Rica at the Cahuita National Park. Who knew palm trees could be so comfy?
Giveaways like this don’t come around that often—be sure to get in on it before it’s too late!
We’d love to hear about the travel photo you’re going to enter! Or, tell us where would you go with a new DSLR?
We were compensated by Al Fresco for writing this post. All opinions and decision to enter the competition are our own.
