Sunday Snapshot | View of Santorini | Santorini, Greece

This post was last updated on May 18th, 2014

We captured this image while hiking from Fira to Oia on the volcanic island of Santorini in Greece. I love the contrast of the sparkling indigo sea against the red volcanic rock that rises above the secluded cove.

  1. I went to Santorini last June..Never again..too many tourists…Yuck

  2. Santorini is one of a kind place in the world. Some say it sank thousands and thousands of years ago and that it once was Atlantis. It has something special, yet weird, you feel it in the air.
Yet it’s breathtaking, I will never forget that island, which gave me the best sunset of my life :)
