Day 64: Nanliao Boats and Bridges
Fishing boats at Nanliao with the colorful Big Rainbow Bridge in the background. Interestingly enough there's the First Rainbow Bridge, the Second Rainbow Bridge, and the Big Rainbow Bridge all along the 17km Scenic Coastline. Way to be creative guys.
Day 63: Taiwan Sunset
Lucky enough to catch a beautiful Taiwan sunset on our way home from Green Grass Lake and the creepy statue park. More on THAT later.
Day 62: Random Downtown Parade
Came across a spontaneous parade of giant flashing lights on my way home from work today. No one was paying much attention, but they had police guiding their way though downtown Hsinchu so I guess it was legit. Very cool Taiwanese style dragon decorations and Buddha...
Day 61: Roadside Art Sale
Gotta love those random sidewalk sales. This roadside art sale was just passing through Hsinchu on its way to Taipei. Or at least we think that's what was going on...the guy selling them was super talkative, but only in Chinese. Needless to say we did a lot of nodding...
Day 60: Beef Roll
This was the first thing we ate upon arriving in Hsinchu, and it's still one of our favorites. The restaurant is actually in Jhubei so we typically get our beef roll fix after getting up early to teach kindy.
Day 59: Table Joe Burger Joint
The ceiling of an awesome breakfast/burger/sandwich shop, Table Joe. We finally decided to go test it out after work today, and left a little too full but with no regrets.
