One place in thailand advertized a pool, a gym, a rooftop garden, free breakfast, and air conditioning. When we got there, the consierge desk ignored us even though no one was in the lobby, the rooftop garden was dead, free breakfast was swarming with bugs, the gym was a bug filled unair-conditioned sun room with nothing more than dead weights, and the air conditioner in our room didn’t even work. Always ALWAYS read reviews!
