No, I don’t think so. It’s not so expensive if you’re travelling to other European countries like Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, etc from where you can easily head to Norway. Actually Travel cost depends on from where you would like to visit Norway.

Was this something you did on your own for free, or part of an organized tour? My husband and I might be staying in Bergen for a week and would love to try some hikes of our own to save the money but have no idea where to start looking for trail heads to take.
