You’re so right – often we find the staff is what makes or breaks our experience at a hotel, no matter how amazing everything else was. Hotel Xalteva definitely went above and beyond :) Unfortunately we didn’t actually swim in the pool at all! Haha next time I guess ;-)

I love how you were given a suite and not just a room, that’s great, and the pool looks so relaxing and inviting :)

I think it’s so important for a hotel to have informative and friendly staff. It’s great when you can ask them recommendations for restaurants and sites and they can point you in the right direction, and are knowledgeable about their city. It sounds like Hotel Xalteva checked all of the boxes.
