Haha Costa Rica might be a more difficult location to find some of those ingredients! Maybe you can come up with a Costa Rican inspired version? I have no idea what that would even look like!

It definitely isn’t as prominent as other Taiwan dishes. It took us a couple of months to find it. After living in our apartment for so long I’m not sure what I’m going to do without my kitchen. We are hoping to get some housesitting gigs along the way to ease the withdrawal :-p
