17 Incredible Images That Will Make You Wish You Were On Maui

It doesn’t matter if you’re a honeymooner or a family of four, the magnificence of Maui never seems to disappoint. From the touristy tiki torches of Lahaina in the east to the surreal sunrise on Mount Haleakala in the wild west...
30 Photos That Will Make You Want To Take A Road Trip Through Tuscany

30 Photos That Will Make You Want To Take A Road Trip Through Tuscany

Whenever we visit a new destination, we often find ourselves saying “This is my new favorite place in the world!” Well, the Chianti Region of Tuscany was no different. Whether it has to do with the picturesque medieval villages, the rolling green countryside – or if it’s just the Chianti Classico wine talking – the region certainly knows how to charm.   Tuscany is widespread and not easily accessible via public transportation, so we definitely recommend renting a car and making daily road trips a part of your itinerary. Our car was from Economy Bookings and was perfect for exploring without limitation. We stumbled upon heaps of small Tuscan villages devoid of any tourists, as absolutely picture-perfect as could be. A car also makes it much easier to tote around all the wine you’re bound to pick up while doing all those Chianti tastings! But don’t take our word for it. Have a look at these photos that are bound to have you dreaming up your next road trip under the Tuscan sun in no time: 30 Photos That Will Make You Want To Take A Road Trip Through Tuscany   Driving through the Tuscan Countryside in Chianti Plump grapes almost ripe for vinification So much wine! 5 Reasons We Love Rio de Janeiro – In Instagram Photos

5 Reasons We Love Rio de Janeiro – In Instagram Photos

It’s hard to believe that it has been nearly nine months since we were in Rio de Janeiro. It seems like only yesterday we were drinking caipirinhas, swaying to sultry samba beats, and bouncing from one beautiful beach to the next. What’s even crazier though is that we have barely written anything about Rio on the blog in that time. Rio de Janeiro is probably our favorite city we have ever visited. We loved the perfect combination of abundant natural beauty and enticing city vibes – not to mention the people are some of the funniest, most authentic we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. In the upcoming weeks we will be sharing more about our time in Rio. But first, we thought we would give a visual recap as to why ‘The Marvelous City’ is in fact so marvelous. Though they might not be ‘instant’ anymore, here are 5 of our favorite things about Rio de Janeiro – as demonstrated through our Instagram:    Vidigal Clockwise from Top Left: Sunrise Over Vidigal, Yoga On Our Roof, Working Online Overlooking Ipanema, The View From Our Room. Vidigal is a pacified favela just past Ipanema. It used to be super dangerous, but now more tourists are starting to discover the neighborhood. We stayed in Vidigal for six weeks and never felt safer. The favela’s gentrification is a complicated issue though, one we’ll be talking more about next week. We’ll also be sharing tons of photos from live inside the favela, so stay tuned!   Beaches Clockwise from Top Left: Crowded Ipanema Beach, Relaxing With A Cold Coconut, Playa Prainha, Ipanema Looking Back At Two Brothers Mountain. 38 Photos Of Belgium To Ignite Your Wanderlust Right Now

38 Photos Of Belgium To Ignite Your Wanderlust Right Now

One of the many things I love about teaching yoga is that it allows me to meet and connect with lovely and inspiring people traveling through Dominical, Costa Rica. Though my classes are still small, I love that I’m getting to play a role in the experience these travelers get to have here. Particularly memorable was teaching a Vinyasa Flow class to a sweet couple on their wedding day. It was such a surprise and an honor to help them celebrate their special day. The reason why all of this is relevant is because I’ve also had the pleasure of teaching a few people from Belgium. Naturally meeting them got us talking about just how much we love Belgium. The food, the architecture, the people, the design, the food again… Before we knew it, Dan and I were wistfully browsing through the photos from our European adventures, fondly recalling the brilliant time we had there. Yet despite how much fun we had in Belgium, we never talked about it all that much on the blog. We shared our guide to 24 Hours in Brussels and provided a peek at our romantic getaway in Bruges. But we certainly didn’t give credit to the incredible sights and tastes we discovered. So since we were reminiscing, we figured it was only fair that we let you all in on it, too. Dan had a blast photographing Belgium—we hope these photos ignite as much wanderlust for you as they did for us!       Have you been to Belgium? Do these photos make you want to hop on a plane and...
