The beach at Dominical is one of our favorites in Costa Rica. After living in Rio and experiencing how truly crowded a beach can actually get it is refreshing to be able to feel like you’ve actually got room to breath. It’s long, offers great surfing year-round, gorgeous mountains rising in the background and some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen! There are a variety of other beaches just up the road as well such as Playa Hermosa, Dominicalito and the famous National Park at Manuel Antonio.
