Sunday Snapshot | Sunrise Through the Clouds | Paraty, Brazil

Sunrise through the Clouds

Not every sunrise brings with it dramatic cloud formations and fiery orange skies but the little seaside town of Paraty, 250kms (155 miles) south west of Rio De Janeiro in Brazil seems to get its fair share. With small islands scattered 500m from shore and giant peaky mountains far behind this makes for an idyllic setting and a landscape photographer’s dream. I’ve never really been a morning person but scenes like these are quickly converting me.

An extra hour in bed or a stroll along a near deserted beach with this view?

With cameras in hand, together this duo will embark on a year-long adventure around the world, documenting it as they go. Follow their adventures at Blurred Moments.

  1. This photo is amazing, look at these colors! I’m a huge fan of sunsets but I have to admit that this sunrise is pretty cool too.
