Clock Tower Hong Kong

The Clock Tower had a bit of a rough start. Building began in 1913, but lack of funding and construction delays (due to WWI) interfered.  It took nearly 8 years, but finally the clock became fully functional in 1921. The old Clock Tower is now a Declared Monument and stands strong among the surrounding modern skyscrapers.  It also makes a great subject to photograph while waiting for the Symphony of Lights on Tsim Sha Tsui.
