Sticky rice dumplings, or zongzi, are one of my favorite parts about Dragon Boat Festival. Glutinous rice is stuffed with shrimp, meat or vegetables and wrapped in bamboo leaves. Although zongzi are available all yearlong, they are traditionally eaten at Dragon Boat Festival.
