I picked up breakfast from a shop today and didn’t realize until I walked into work that they had given me the wrong sandwich. No biggie, it was still delicious and I ate the whole thing. 30 minutes later as I’m teaching my class a secretary walks in and says, “The shop realized they gave you the wrong order so they brought you a free one.” This was a shock to me considering this was only my second time going there and they already knew how to find me. Now THAT’S customer service.
