Our Thanksgiving was a little bit delayed, but totally worth the wait! We managed to squeeze 15 people into our tiny apartment, where we had a feast including a whole turkey, chicken, beef, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, cheddar broccoli soup, ‘cranberry’ sauce,  salad, cheese, bread, fruit salad, cheesecake, brownies, pumpkin pie, melktart, and sangria. You would never have guessed we were in Taiwan and ovenless! We have a whole lot to be thankful for this year, and we were certainly grateful we were able to celebrate with our Hsinchu family.
