This is one of our favorite places to eat in Hsinchu. We don’t even know the name of the place but it’s right across from the RT-Mart on Nanya Street, aka about one minute from our apartment. The Kung Pao Chicken is amazing and they have free refillable rice. Better yet, all the dishes are 99 NTD. Understandably the place was packed on this Sunday evening.
